Birthday disappointment!

My daughter ordered a smart watch and airpods on the 8th of May. She’s been saving for a while as this was supposed to be her birthday present. They said delivery would be 7-14 days. I have tried to contact them via email and telephonically with no respons. Very disappointed!

We finally received our order. Few problems. The watch that we received is not the one we ordered and the AirPod cases are the wrong colour! We are very disappointed! Please contact me via email asap! I have tried phoning and mailing with no answer
