BEYOND PATHETIC AND HAVE NO REMORSE FOR CUSTOMERS, BE WARNED!!!

Order placed end August and received it at the end of October and it was an incorrect item, now I battling to get the item collected and refunded. Primrose M promised to handle my enquiry but now my emails are ignored with no more feedback. Over R1500 wasted on BMW kidney grills and my car waited for these items for 2 months. Order # 49534 - will be taking this on with the Ombudsman.
