Beware of Reliable Store

I made a purchase on 2 February 2022 with delivery supposed to take place during the week of 21 February 2022. I did not receive delivery or an update. When I contacted this store, I was advised that their supplier did not have stock of the goods that I purchased but now had stock and delivery was promised for the week of 7 March 2022. I did not receive delivery or an update. After further emails and a request that they commit to a delivery date, which they did not, on 21 March 2022 I cancelled my order as the store clearly could not perform its obligations under the order. On 22 March 2022 I received an email advising that they were processing the refund. On 24 April 2022 I followed up in respect of the refund. To date I have not received the refund. I want to warn consumers from doing business with this store. They accept an order for goods that are not in stock and take your payment. They do not update you and then they delay refunding you when they clearly cannot perform.
