Be warned!!!! Do not buy from Reliable store!!!

I ordered 1 item from them on the 29th of December. Still no proper tracking. I was at first skeptical to order from them, but saw that their address is 15 min away from me, do I assumed that I will receive my item within a two or three day period. I sent my Don in law to go and ask them what was happening with my order, and they promised it will arrive on the 18th of December. This company doesn't sell products, they advertise pictures of products and then when someone orders something they have to go and buy it at Bangood,etc. This means you have a waiting period of two to three months. They are the worst company to deal with, phoning is impossible as they just let you hold on, emails get responded to a week or two later. They are not living up to their name "reliable", they are unreliable and they should not be allowed to do business in this manner. I only see bad reviews and the public are being misled by them. I emailed and asked for a refund, mo reply. Unacceptable!!!!
