I ordered a formula maker from this South African store, and expected it to work in South Africa. Not only did it take ages to arrive, but they did not warn me that the product was being imported from the US and had an incorrect voltage standard for use in South Africa. Thus, when it arrived, I realised I could not use the product without buying a transformer which would have left me out of pocket by R1500. When I asked for a refund, they said that they would not process a refund and told be to return the product to the manufacturer in the US myself. This was in direct contravention of their refund policy as stated on their website, which says that you can return unsatisfactory products for a refund. I will be pursuing legal action on this matter.
