Bad servuce

Order #9706 Swanepoel FJ I have made and paid for order on 17 June 2020.I did received trackking number.After following this it showed Clien received.After a lot off phonescalls i manage to get a number from Buffallow logistic.On the 3 JULY 2020 i spoke to Phula the Despatch .I then spoke to Mr Nhanhla and explained my problem.He advice that he will immediatly put in new order sins my small part was lost.He was also going to send me a new trackking no.He also confirmed that i will receive my order on 08 July 2020.I have been waiting for tracking number aswell as my order to be delivered but nothing was happening.On 16 July i phoned 20 times but no answer.All i want is a phone call back from them to know where a stand .
