Bad service. Stay away

Reliable Online Store is unreliable and would advise everyone who hasn't bought from them not to. I made a purchase in May and in July it still wasn't delivered. I opted to cancel and for a refund. Till now the refund hasn't happened in spite of follow-ups and promises to give feedback. So many people with similar bad experiences. This online store has to be held accountable!
