Bad service refund not paid 8 months later

On the 29th of May 2022 I placed an order for a toy that they did not have in stock... When I followed up with the sales person, I was promised to be refunded.. I have been following up with no luck.. Emails will go unresponded.. So much for a "reliable store".. I want my refund, when is it gonna be paid
