Bad service, incomplete product...

Pathetic. From start to end. When I eventually thought of consulting this site and discovered their pathetic rating I realised that there was no way that I would eventually be satisfied with this business. I received the goods taking twice the delivery time promises and of course predictably with most of the expensive items in the list of items ordered and promised in the set absent. I phoned today after becoming aware that goods have to be returned within 3 days and tomorrow being Sunday.

I held on for a very long time before my airtime eventually ran out. They are experiencing "high cl volumes". This i can well believe as their rating (1,2 out of 10 I.e. Only 12%of customers are satisfied) must indeed swamp their system. All in all I fi d Reliable store to be misnamed: UNRELIABLE Store should fit nicely. Don't buy from this company as dissatisfaction seems to be guaranteed!😡
