Bad service from Reliable store

Recently I made a purchase from Reliable store. The delivery time was constantly changed and all I got was the same ready reply giving me Tracking number, but no tracking was available. Their shipping via Buffalo is a disaster. I checked their rating on Hellopeter and agree with the previous clients renamind them to UNRELIABLE STORE. The Buffalo logistics are also a nightmare. Incompetence rules in both companies.
