Bad service and unpaid refund

I purchased a tap from the reliable store end of January and I had struggles with the delivery, after I cancelled the order that is when they decided to deliver the tap and I had already given up and purchased it elsewhere. I requested a refund from reliable store since the 5th of March and after numerous emails and holding on the line to know answer I still have not received a refund. I spoke to a guy from there who said my refund will be paid in two weeks ago but I still have no refund to date, kindly assist me with getting my refund from reliable store as I have had a very bad experience with them.
