Bad service and delivery process

I've order a parts for Galaxy Tab E. And month later I've got an email about my product's arrived. But nothing's happen. When I check my tracking number, it's already arrived but they didn't do any further process. I've sent several email but they only sent back same email about they'll check and feedback me COB today.. And it's so difficult to contact them, I called more than 10 times and waiting over 30 mins. Finally I've contacted one of person, they promised me call back today after checking, but nothing happen.. Please don't use this site.
