Bad service and communication

Their name does not begin to describe them.i ordered an item more than a month ago (9 February) and still have not received a tracking number which tells me my item has not left China .these people are very unprofessional and the rehe****d response from the person who answered my call indicates that they deliberately state over ambitious timelines to secure orders and anticipate calls from angry customers.i think I will rather go back to ordering directly from AliExpress or bangood myself when buying internationally or buy from takealot.com if what I am looking for is available here .I have ordered other items from china after placing this order(15 February ) and all of them have been received.Avoid reliablestore.co.za at all cost unless you like throwing money away
