Bad service

We place a order in Feb 2021 March we recive a delivery with the wrong unit. A complaint was loged for the exchange . Untill today the 25 of May the only redspons was the it is reorderd . No delivery detail is provide . Relaible Stores do not earn even 1 star for this poor service .
