Bad service

I would like to give my opinion about the reliable store as I purchased a product from them and the said that I will have a tracking number for me with in 15 days, now I am just shy of 1 month from ordering the product and still no tracking number

I had to wait for 17days just to get my order number and invoice from them after I had to phone them numerous times.

I also asked the telephone operator to ask the owner of the company to phone me,and that is a week ago and no contact from them.

On Monday the telephone operator said to me that I will have my tracking number this week Wednesday today is Thursday and no tracking number.

I phoned them agai today to ask to speak to the owner but he is not available, same old story
