Bad service

On 04/11/2021 My son purchased a tattoo kit power supply, tips 2 machine guns and a shader to the value of R1200.99. We did follow ups with no feedback. We have called and no answer and to make matters worse the calls get terminated after being on hold without an answer. We need a refund as we are no longer interested in your service. We are utterly disgusted and disappointed that not anyone, since that date has even tried to give any kind of feedback.

Please let me know how we can get the process of the refund started.. We will never refer anyone or purchase anything from your store in future.
