Bad Service

its been now more than a month since I placed an order with them way past they're turnaround time and a loss of income on my side as i needed the items to supply a service for a client order 27320 seems they're selling items that they do not have in stock and have to source elsewhere......Very Disappointing, frustrating and not Reliable.
