Bad service

The service is bad.I have ordered printer there 3 months ago and they kept on sending the wrong one which is written in Chinese, until today they haven't brought the correct one. The most frustrating part is that they don't communicate and when you go to their shop directly they will tell you that they don't allow walks in.
