BAD SERVICE

I do not think that this is the most reliable store. their service is terrible and when you contact the help desk they just put you on hold. I placed my order in March and still no delivery. tracking the item to Switzerland and the other item in Auckland. guys this is not online shopping, this is online *******. I have now canceled my orders and asked for a refund via email. They claim that this will take place in +- 7 to 10 days. lets wait and see what happens. this is not what I expected from this website.
