Bad customer service / Extremely long waiting time

VERY dissatisfied with the "Reliable Store", so far more like the unreliable store. Extremely difficult to get hold of any customer service agents. I have waited two weeks and my item hasn't even left the overseas dispatch yet.

I do NOT recommend shopping there, i certainly wont again.
