Bad customer service

I have purchased an item for my 3D printer order number Number 38978 which I need urgently, I have emailed Multiple times and attempted to phone them but no one Rep**** to my emails or is answering any phone calls I phoned tried to phone them 6 times per day for 3 days no one answers the phone All you hear is a answering service, That's not good custumer service at all.
