Bad Customer Service

Good day Order: #48875 This is a Unriable Store. I Bought from them and are still wating on my package. They send me a tracking number but my parcel are still stuck in one place. They send me the following message: "We have an unfortunate delay in email responses due to Covid 19 case outbreak in our office. A few of our staff members have tested positive for Covid 19 and they will be unfit to perform their customer service tasks for the next 7 days." I paid for my package and are still waiting. Be very careful if you want to buy from the Reliable Store. I will never buy from the again.
