Bad customer experience

I am experiencing the worse customer service from Reliable Store online where I purchased 2 sets of spot lights for my lounge space. I ordered and paid for my order on August 21st of 2022 and to date, I have not received any thing. Almost 2 months now, yet the promise of 10-15 days is mentioned on their website. Terrible online shopping experience! Be careful!
