Bad communication and telephone line always congested

Hi, this is an update from my previous review about the company, after countless phone calls and airtime lost, last week on Wednesday the 07 April 2021, they picked up my call, I wanted an update on my refund and order. The consultant (Samuel) who assisted me initially when I was cancelling the order picked up the phone he spoke to their finance department and they processed the order on that day, had I not gone through they wouldn't have, anyway he then proceeded to send me the POP which I didn't trust until the money reflected on my account on the 09 April 2021 (Friday). He then reassured me about my second order that I will receive the tracking number by Friday as well but I didn't however this morning I received the tracking number and the parcel will be delivered on the 16 April 2021. I won't hold my breath but I will definitely write another update regarding the delivery of the item. Due to the overall experience with the company I am still rating it low because of everything I went through, I still don't recommend people to purchase from them I know I would never again.
