Bad communication and no refund after canceling my order due to not shipping my product.

I previously wrote a complaint on hellopeter for store not shipping my product after a long time. I tried emailing and contacting https://reliablestore.co.za/ but no reply until i made a complaint on hello peter. then they only acknowledged my cancellation. then hello peter deleted my post. i have still not received my money back and not getting any reply from the email or phone calls. Been two weeks to reply or money recieved
