Bad communication

I wish there was an option of no star coz thats what they deserve. I ordered an item on the 10th Feb only to find out later that the item is not what they say it is so I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Of course they told me the refund will br processed withi 10 working days. Friday 26/03/2021 was the 10th day. I phoned them and they said I would get a notification on the same day. Till today nothing. I spent about R100 airtime calling them today. All of a sudden they are experiencing high call volumes. I kind of had a feeling about this company buy decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I regret it. Whats even worse I ordered another item from them and I have little faith that it will get delivered within the specified time. I have received no communication the only notification I received was when I clicked approved and the money went to them. Might I add the enthusiasm they had when I added the item to my cart. They even phoned me to ask if I got stuck while processing the purchase. I should have known they are ********.
