Avoid Reliable Store

Unfortunately they don't even deserve the one star, order from them in February, after waiting nearly three to four months for delivery, received incomplete order, was told to send it back for replacement, and now months later, still no replacement or refund, is there anywhere we can complain and do something to get a refund from this company?
