ATTITUDE of STAFF

We were looking to buy a Monocular Telescope and found via a Google search a few on the Reliable Online Store website. Great prices, but we need this for a specific purpose and decided to go to the store to see the products for ourselves before making a decision. When we arrived there, there was no-one in reception and we waited for quit a while before someone arrived. Then we got this attitude like we were something the cat dragged in. Nonetheless, we explained what we needed and were then asked which one we were looking to buy. I asked to see what they have in stock and were then told that this cannot be done. He will fetch the one we chose from their online store; we cannot see the range. Very unfriendly, VERY unhelpful. Luckily we did not order online.
