Appaling service

I have received awful service from Reliable online store. I placed an order in March 2022. When I contacted the company 4 weeks later, they informed me that they cannot source the item or find a replacement. I asked for a refund which 2 months later is still not honoured despite numerous calls and emails to them. They have a switchboard which on average takes 30 to 40minutes to answer. I cannot waste anymore time on them. I would just like my refund.
