Anything BUT Reliable

I would not recommend EVER buying from this store online I placed an order in February for 2 items and then received 1 substandard product in June, so my order was not even complete and not what I ordered at all and I struggle to received my order for FOUR MONTHS

How do you wait 4 month for an order and then it is not even correct

Now I am struggling so badly to get them to assist me with their mistake and to collect their nonsense they sent so that a refund can be processed

It takes about 10 days to get a response on a email _ quick to take your money but POOR delivery and products and even more so poor service

I buy online a lot but this is THE WORST company and would not recommend anyone to buy from them _ be careful and rather order from anyone else
