Anything but reliable!

I ordered a replacement part for my KitchenAid blender on the Reliable Store website. Their shipping policy states "Average transit times to Major City : 7 - 14 Business days". 3 weeks later I still hadn't received a tracking number or any information about my order. I contacted them and was told that there was a delay shipping from China. I was a disappointed to realise the item needed to ship from China but at least I had some information. I eventually received a tracking number 4 weeks after having placed the order. It's now almost 7 weeks after placing my order and I still haven't received the package. The tracking details show the package has arrived in South Africa, but I have no idea where it is and when I can expect to receive it. Not a great experience and I wouldn't order from them again.
