Another bad experience - Reliable Store

Can't actually rate. Same experience as all below. Have placed an order and paid in full. Sent mail to request tracking number and got return mail indicating my order has been cancelled and was refunded.10 Days later and still waiting for refund. Only getting automated responses which actually means nothing.
