All round unprofessional and pathetic service. Needs Investigation by Authorities.

The order was placed in December. As off today, it is still not fulfilled despite numerous promises. Blaming their suppliers is not a valid excuse. They need to manage their suppliers and get the goods delivered on time and in full. I am missing a critical item to get me system working and they will take 35% return fee if you ask for a full refund. Its a ******* as 35% is most likely their profit margin. I am taking them to the Consumer tribunal and I think all of us who have issues with this ********* company should to the same and get them closed down!
