Absolutely Useless

I placed an order for two items on 1st March and after being patient due to lockdowns in China the package eventually arrived 11th May. Only problem is, both items were cheap alternatives and did not even match the requirements of the original order. I immediately sent an email and heard nothing back for 5 days when I eventually phoned them - which also took a few attempts due the the call just dropping while listening to music-on-hold. They promised me that they'd replace the order and that I'd have it before the end of June. One week before the end of June - after having had no correspondence (including no emails indicating shipping or tracking) - I decided to email them again just to get an update. After a week of no response, I called them on 1st July (I don't think I need to mention that I had not received the promised order) querying the status of my replacement order. I was told that there is no tracking number listed and that the issue would be escalated to the dispatch team and I was assured I would have feedback before the close of day. I heard nothing - and I then emailed them on Monday 4th July indicating that I had not heard back after being promised feedback. I still have not heard anything from this totally unprofessional, useless company. Judging by the sheer number of complaints lodged against them I'm not holding my breath for happy resolution - at the very least I hope you decide to never use this un-reliable company and pass on this recommendation to not use them to anyone else you cross paths with.
