Absolutely terrible service, the whole value chain is broken

I'm disgusted by the service I receive from the so called on-line shop. I bought a pair of 2 in 1 running shorts, item number *** on 30 January 2020. Product was supposed to be delivered in 14 days however due to COVID-19 issues that affected their logistics of importing the product I finally received my purchase after 30 days. To my surprise the color was wrong and I immediately requested for an exchange. They agreed and said they would send a courier to collect the shorts. Till to date 9 months after my purchase and query I still have the wrong order. I've queried this with them several times and requested a refund but they have not taken heed to my call. Their phones go unanswered and they keep changing staff. I have multiple reference numbers for my query and they keep changing staff. They are absolutely horrible to deal with and non-responsive. Stay away from this on-line shop. Last person I communicated with was Nhlanhla Nhlepo. Utterly disgusted by their MO. Try not to buy any expensive staff from them if you decide to take a chance, you'll be sorry.
