ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE AND NO REFUND AS YET

once again we have requested feedback on our refund as the product was ordered in August and still no refund this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

The worst sales man is Sello as we hear only excuses!!!

Now the reason for no feedback is a covid outbreak in the office??? and they are on temp staff.

Now the excuse is COVID once again as for all the other 1000 excuses given for the product delivery delay.

I absolutely tell everyone to avoid this store as we have had first hand experience with the worst service ever.

They say 24 hours to 48 hours for feedback and its 3 days later still nothing.

RELIABLE STORE????? THERE IS NOTHING RELIABLE ABOUT THEM AT ALL
