A verry Unhappy customer.

We ordered a screen replacement kit for a Samsung Galaxy on 19 May, 2022,Order# 43553.

Was told I would get a tracking number in 14 days. I emailed them as its been taking too long now and was told I would get the tracking number by June 3rd. We'll that came and gone so I emailed again and I only get their impersonal standard emails which I have no interest in as I want a straight answer as to why I have not gotten a tracking number yet as promised. I will never ever buy from them again. Where is this John that was thanked for the good service that was left on the one or two good reviews ?
