A customer wondering when his item will arrive and contemplating what action to take.

Re: Order 10822.

I have searched the web for a Mercedes Key Cover and Reliable Store had a good offer. As a lawyer, I was a bit suspect of the price but I had confidence as the name was 'Reliable Store'. The due date for delivery has come and I have not received any delivery. I then contacted the courier with my order number. The courier told me to get the reference number from the supplier as they do not deal with order numbers. I have been told that I must try to contact them via Facebook which I did with no luck. I have also then acquired their email which I sent a message to. I received a message ticket. I searched the web and saw that a number of persons have also received these tickets after sending an email, but have not gotten any follow-ups. I then saw a number of bad reviews on Hello Peter in this regard.

I do not know what to do now and I am waiting on some type of feedback as to the way forward. If I do not get any response in the next few days, I am really contemplating taking legal action in this regard. This would also be a good case study that I could use to teach my law students at the university.
