A BAD Experience!

If I could give a lower rating, I would. We are a non-profit that ordered a basin tap and a sprayer faucet from this company 6 months ago. The tap arrived without the required hoses (as shown on their website and as provided with all other taps from other shops), the sprayer faucet did not arrive. After contacting them via e-mail (their phone is not answered... ever), they eventually sent the sprayer which when it arrived, only included the hand piece, NOT the faucet/tap shown in the pictures. This did NOT meet our needs so to make a VERY long story short, we had to purchase another one from another store and we NEVER received the rest of the purchased item. This blew our production schedule. (UN)ReliableStore has continued to volley back and forth with e-mails for several months now, promising we will be contacted to return the item for a refund but we have yet to receive any attention other than the e-mail promise. So we have a partial product we cannot use, and they have our money. I do NOT recommend this company and I too (like others on this site), wish I'd done some research into this company before ordering. I will not be ordering from them again.
