5 Months later and no docking station or money

I would advise anybody not to buy anything from Reliable Store, they will keep your money and you will not receive your goods that you have paid for. I bought a docking station on the 22 February 2022 and until today ( 25th July 2022) I have not received my docking station. The excuses used before I demanded my money back ranged, from China was in lock down, container has not been cleared by SARS, docking station is in our warehouse awaiting the couriers, to the docking station got last in transit to my home. After the last excuse I demanded that my monies be returned, I was told that it would take 3-7 working days, that was nearly two months ago. I contacted their landline and after 15minutes of waiting my call was attended by a young lady which gave me her word that she would see to it that my monies was refunded, that was three weeks ago and I still do not have my money. I have tried the landline various times and you are placed on hold, you can hear that there is traffic on the line when the music stops for a second or two.
