#44486 Reliable Store - Order delivered incorrectly on the 21st of July 2022... still waiting for the refund.

I gave them one star just because there is not a option to give them 0 stars. This company doesn't deserve any stars because their service and customer care is absolutely pathetic. I ordered two Percolator Urns from them end of May 2022. Made the payment on the 31st of May and sent the proof of payment. They, spesifically Sello Ranthako - Customer Service Consultant, promised me delivery within 3 weeks (which is the 21st of June) After 3 weeks my order was NOT delivered as promised... it was only delivered 4 weeks later, on the 21st of July BUT it was NOT what I ordered. I ordered 2 x Percolator Urns and received 1 x Water boiler. I immediately contacted Sello about the order delivered wrong and asked for a refund. They said they will refund me but that they first have to collect the incorrect item and then they will activate the refund.... I'm still waiting... they haven't collected the incorrect item and also haven't refunded me... it is the 24th of October now. I sent various emails and every time I receive a response from a different person promising the collection of the incorrect item and the refund. My order number is #44486. This is NOT how business should be done! Their name is Reliable Store, which is a joke!
