4 months and still not received anything

On 25 March I received an email saying they (Relianle Store) received order, payment and sent a shipping number. Its almost 4 months later I have not received my order & I am still not even able to track my order. I have sent numerous emails but never get a reply to my questions only a computor generated reply. Please advise on what to do next?????
