Worst (non exiating) sevice ever!!

No communication or feedback on mails sent and no one ever answeres the phone!! I have no idea where my order is or when it will be delivered. I have never had such a bad experience with an online company!! I want to get this sorted ASAP!! THS SERVICES IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!
