Unreliable, no product, no refund

Beware. Ordered an electric typing machine on 27 December 2022. As of today, no product, as it took them almost 3 weeks to discover the supplier had no stock! No communication to inform me of this, and when I followed up with countless e-mails (and up) and made several attempts at getting hold of someone, they then apologised - no product. Still waiting for a refund today. They told me the owner is not reachable and they are not allowed to give out his personal details or e-mail, and when I asked about accounts and to speak with someone there, I heard that they were all working remotely and their e-mails and phone numbers are not to be shared with anyone. I am now out of R 6800, no typewriter, and I have no idea when or if I will ever see that money, as I do not trust anything any of their staff tells me.
