Shocking service, delivery and product

The store needs to close down definitely. OK, so I ordered a clear bra, clear cups and straps a 2 months ago on the 28th of January, promised delivery, 2 weeks, then went to a month. Called and called, no answer, response to email telling me another weeks and another 2 weeks. Then no stock, then promised delivery the 3rd week in March. When I asked for a refund they said that they will take 35% off the purchase and refund. I called again and they said that its in the truck since the 14th of March. I finally get delivery, you have to hear this! Finally receive the bra on the 30th of March, its a hard plastic cups that is bent, damaged and cracked, its like I purchased a toy. Yoh! I am so shocked! I am so shocked! I saw the same product at Edgars and it was the proper clear plastic not hard plastic. I now want a refund and they are going to take 35% of my funds for this. I dont have words. Im so disgusted with their service and the purchase.
