Reliable Store. Poor Service and Sales experience

It all started off so well! "This email is to confirm your order on 03/19/2022. Your order number is 40023." The order was for 2 sink taps. The order arrived BUT only ONE tap. The supplier shipped only one tap according to Reliable Store. He didn't have stock. It's now the 14 June 2022. I'm still waiting. Many reasons were put forward, but no tap arrived. Currently my mails and calls go unanswered. This is the first online company that I experienced such tardy, unprofessional and poor 😢 😔 service 😢 from. I base this on their inability to respond to calls - u are placed on hold listening to music. Surely there are consultants who would read emails and could have responded. What action is Reliable Store taking against their supplier. The credible action on the part of Reliable Store would have been to call me and offer me a replacement product or a refund. Their deafening silence is overwhelming. Consumers, you can make up your mind, going forward.!
