I ordered and paid for a centrifuge machine last month. I immediately had to cancel the order as the company I was going to use the centrifuge machine for bailed out. I sent through an email, and got a reply asking for my reason as well as my banking details. I was assured that I would be refunded within 10 days. A month later and I cannot get hold of anybody. Nobody answers the phone, replies to contact forms or emails, and nobody is doing a thing to refund me. I am convinced this online store is a ****.
