Poor poor service. Reliable store to be forced to close down

How does this company still in operation? I ordered a portable printer for my company and it was quite urgent. Was happy to have received the order within the time frame they had said it would arrive, only to get the shock of my life to find that it's a different portable printer that doesn't even work. I have been trying to call but you cannot get through their number, and they don't answer emails. Everyone is complaining about them and I believe that this is *****. They should be forced to close down.
