NO Service from "Reliable Online Store" - change your company name

On 31 January 2022 I paid for a GPS device. After a long wait, the customer service official emailed after waiting 8 days for a reply, that the device is coming from overseas. This story changed to that there was no stock. Eventually, I received the device. I cannot log into the website of the said company that manufactures the product to register the device and use the monitoring of the product. I have written to the customer service office two days ago and left a voice message on 9 March asking for help. Still no reply from "Reliable Store" To the MD of "reliable store" , your company is not reliable and your customer service leaves much to be desired. It is PATHETIC!!! From Stemray Lesch
