Your money is all they after. Worst support ever

They are the worst institution I have ever had to deal with. They do not respond to questions around assignments (no student support), I have sent numerous emails asking about my final exam time table which I believe to be starting the 5th of June. I work full time and need to plan for leave, and sort out the work load put in studies have had to complete assignments without the facilitator giving a full class. Nobody seems to care. We are students trying to improve our education level in order to improve our place in the working world. It should not matter which course we are doing we PAY to study. It’s totally unacceptable. I have also requested that Dean Blom contact me but get no response. It is forcing me to put a message on her Linked In profile in the hope to get a response. Totally unacceptable
